As
we go thru the winter I’ll try to keep everyone up to date on any
changes. Memberships will stay the same. I would like tournament
players to enroll in the GHIN handicap system to eliminate any question
of their handicap. The cost is only $10 which is what the Toledo
golf association charges for the service.
Pro
Shop hours will be with a determination made by the weather. Those
of you who wish to pay early for the early bird discount please
call Frenchie at 419-769-2962 if the pro Shop is closed. Shawn at
419-439-3407 may assist also.
All
accounts must be balanced out by Nov. 23rd. Some may have credit
that will need to be used up also.
Starting
in 2012 any league, outing or gift certificate money won or bought
can be used toward anything in the club house as always and can
also be applied toward your membership if you choose.
The
new green #11 will open next yr for play and will be an interesting
change to all of us. I believe this will be a pleasure to all to
add a little change after 56 years.
We
will continue our relationship with Eagle Rock with members getting
5 plays for $20 each. Kevin and I will look at other deals for our
members through the year. I will say the food is great at Sweet
Water Chop House.
As
the season winds down thanks to all for making it enjoyable at Auglaize
Golf Club.
